:( Miss you!

I know I haven't blogged for awhile but only because there wasn't anything to blog about. But recently, I lost one of my very close friends I knew since primary school. She commit suicide. I'm not going into too much detail to pay my respect to her family. I knew her since we were little kids. She would always come to my house and hang with me and my brother. We had a close group of friends. She was always the one making people laugh, joking around and always the loud one in the group. She was also friendly towards everyone around school. Everyone knew her as the funny one always quoting 'The Simpson' lines. Just recently, I got a message from her mother telling me she was in coma due to suicide. She was in rehab getting better but something went wrong.... She was in coma for a few days but the doctors said her eyes were fixed and she couldn't breathe on her own. She didn't wake up and the doctors had to pull the plug. It's so sad. She was trying to get better and this. The worst thing is, I haven't seen her for awhile because she got into some habits, we kind of didn't talk for awhile. She made new friends and got a boyfriend. I should've been there for her when she needed me. I should've called her when my heart told me to. Now it's too late. The reason I'm writing this is because I just don't want this to happen to you guys. Even if someone may seem happy, they may not be. Just ask if they are okay. Tell them you love them. Text or call them to let them know your thinking of them. Cause that's what I should've done as a friend. It's better to say it then it be too late.

  6. ,,As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change."
    Bhagavad gita, 2.13

Since every living entity is an individual soul, each is changing his body every moment, manifesting sometimes as a child, sometimes as a youth, and sometimes as an old man. Yet the same spirit soul is there and does not undergo any change.
Any man who has perfect knowledge of the constitution of the individual soul, the Supersoul, and nature — both material and spiritual — is called a dhÄ«ra, or a most sober man. Such a man is never deluded by the change of bodies.
This is just part of Eastern knowledge. Of course, everybody can find more info in another spiritual scriptures

  7. I'm really sorry about your friend. My best friend has gone to China for the year and that's bad enough for me, I don't know what I'd do if I lost her. I hope you're getting on OK. I won't try to say something deep and profound because it won't make any difference, I just hope you realise you're not alone.
